Impartiality Policy

The Senior Management of Pacific Control Certificaciones understands the importance of impartiality when carrying out certification activities, for which reason it has developed and implemented an ISO/IEC 17021 management system and is committed to:

  • •Manage conflicts of interest and ensure the objectivity of your management system certification activities.
  • •Regularly identify, analyse, evaluate, treat, monitor and document risks related to conflicts of interest arising from the provision of certification services and in turn examine any residual risk to determine if it is within the risk level acceptable through compliance with the "Impartiality Risk Management" procedure.
  • •Ensure that all its personnel and certification committee that could influence the certification process act objectively and are free from any undue pressure, commercial or otherwise, that could compromise their impartiality by requesting that they disclose any conflict of interest, all that time it is presented and signing the commitments subscribed in the "Code of Conduct and Ethics".
